ClickFunnels lets you build sales funnels with pages that capture leads. This guide turns accepted ClickFunnels 2.0 opt-ins into conversions you can send to Google Ads, Meta, or other destinations.
There is no account to connect. To set it up, follow the instructions below:
Before you start: Converly needs to be installed on each ClickFunnels page you want to track, and the opt-in form needs to be live. Follow Install Converly on ClickFunnels to paste your code into Settings, Show Code, then Header Code in the page editor. Use one installation location so the same page does not load several copies.
This integration covers ClickFunnels 2.0 hosted opt-in pages, with forms shown on the page or opened in a pop-up. Classic 1.0, custom domains, External Page and Custom HTML steps, and ClickFunnels pages embedded inside another website are not covered. Orders and purchases are not counted by this trigger.
Step 1: Create a flow
A flow is the rule that turns a form submission into a conversion. Click Flows in the left sidebar, then Create New Flow, and give it a name like "Contact form leads".
You land in the flow builder. It is empty for now. Click Add Trigger to choose what starts this flow.

Step 2: Choose Clickfunnels
A panel slides in from the right listing every lead capture tool Converly supports, grouped by type.
Click Clickfunnels. If you do not see it straight away, scroll the panel or use the search box at the top.

Step 3: Choose where it fires
Converly listens for accepted opt-ins on your ClickFunnels pages. The page setting is how you narrow that down to the funnel step you actually want to count.
Read this before you choose
If you do not set a specific page, accepted opt-ins on every tracked step can count. In a 2-step funnel where both steps accept an opt-in, one visitor can produce 2 conversions. To count only the first step, use the specific page option below.
Option 1: Trigger on all pages
A conversion fires whenever someone completes a supported opt-in on any tracked ClickFunnels page. Only choose this if every accepted opt-in across those steps should count as the same conversion.

Option 2: Trigger on specific pages
Listing a page tells Converly to only count an opt-in accepted on that step. For example, select Specific Pages and enter /optin to count your first opt-in step.
The path is just the part of the address after your domain. Start it with a slash, and do not include your domain or the #submit-form ending that ClickFunnels can add when someone clicks Submit.
Click Add another page if you want to include more than one page, or the x to remove one.
If two opt-in forms share one page
Filtering by page selects a step, not an individual form. There is no form ID setting for this trigger. To count forms separately, put them on separate steps and use each step's path. If you need help with your setup, contact support.

When you have picked an option, click Set trigger.
What happens next
A trigger on its own does not send anything yet. Next you add one or more destinations (Google Ads, Meta, and so on) and publish the flow. See Building a flow for that part.
Converly counts once ClickFunnels confirms the opt-in. It can collect the accepted email, name and phone number when provided. Clicking Submit alone does not count, and purchases are excluded.
Check whether ClickFunnels' built-in Meta Pixel, Conversions API or Google Analytics settings already send the same conversion. Choose one sender for each equivalent conversion to avoid counting it twice.
That's it! The final step is to test your setup in a new incognito window. Submit an opt-in on the live step with a real email address, then click Logs in Converly's left sidebar and check the destination results for your test. You can read more about how to properly test your setup here.
If submissions are not showing up later, check that Converly is installed on the opt-in step, that your page path matches that step, and that the flow is Active rather than Draft. Leaving before confirmation, denied advertising consent or confirmation that takes more than 60 seconds can prevent a submission from being counted.
