Kit signup forms let visitors join your mailing list from your website. This guide counts signups when Kit confirms acceptance on your page.
There is no account to connect. To set it up, follow the instructions below:
Before you start: Install the normal Converly code on the live website page containing your Kit form. Follow Install Converly for your website's instructions. Use Kit's supplied JavaScript embed, or its full HTML embed including the supporting script. A hand-built form that only sends answers to Kit is not covered.
Inline forms are the starting point for this setup. Pop-up, slide-in and sticky-bar forms can only count when Kit confirms acceptance on your website. Completions that happen on Kit's separate spam-check page are not covered.
Kit may show One more step and ask the visitor to complete a spam check. An unfinished check does not count. Kit can also hold an inline signup without showing a message, leaving the form on Subscribe. That held signup is not counted, even though the page shows no error.
Kit-hosted landing pages and Creator Network recommendations are outside this integration. WordPress shortcode and block setups have not yet been verified.
Step 1: Create a flow
A flow is the rule that turns a form submission into a conversion. Click Flows in the left sidebar, then Create New Flow, and give it a name like "Contact form leads".
You land in the flow builder. It is empty for now. Click Add Trigger to choose what starts this flow.

Step 2: Choose Kit
A panel slides in from the right listing every lead capture tool Converly supports, grouped by type.
Click Kit. If you do not see it straight away, scroll the panel or use the search box at the top.

Step 3: Choose where it fires
Converly listens for Kit's acceptance confirmation on your website. The page setting selects where signups count.
Read this before you choose
Without a specific page, accepted signups from every supported Kit form on your site can count together. To track just your main signup form, choose its page.
Option 1: Trigger on all pages
A conversion fires whenever Kit confirms a supported signup on any page of your site. Choose this if all those signups should count as the same conversion.

Option 2: Trigger on specific pages
To count a signup form on https://www.yoursite.com/newsletter, select Specific Pages and enter /newsletter. The path is the part after your domain. Start it with a slash, and leave out the domain.
Use the page containing the form, not a Kit spam-check page or the page visitors reach afterwards.
Click Add another page if you want to include more than one page, or the x to remove one.
If two Kit forms share one page
Page filtering includes both, so both count as this conversion. To count only one, put it on its own page, or contact support before publishing.

When you have picked an option, click Set trigger.
What happens next
A trigger on its own does not send anything yet. Next you add one or more destinations (Google Ads, Meta, and so on) and publish the flow. See Building a flow for that part.
Accepted signups count before the subscriber confirms by email. Refused submissions and abandoned spam checks do not count.
Contact matching uses the accepted email address and supported name and phone fields. Arbitrary custom fields and tags are not used as contact details.
That's it! The final step is to test your setup in a new incognito window. Submit the live form with a real email address and complete any in-page spam check. Then click Logs in Converly's left sidebar and check the destination results for your test. A test held by Kit's spam check is not an accepted signup. You can read more about how to properly test your setup here.
If submissions are not showing up later, check that Converly and Kit's supporting script are installed on the form page, that your page path matches, and that the flow is Active rather than Draft. If the form stays on Subscribe or sends you to Kit's spam-check page, acceptance may not have been reported on your site.
